Invitation first, account second — or not at all

Guests enter from a host-sent invitation, not from a public directory. They do not create a WeddingOS subscription. The portal is part of the host workspace.

If a link expires or a phone is lost, hosts can send a fresh invitation. Recovery is written so a stranger cannot confirm whether an email is on the list.

Your party, not the whole room

Guests see their own household — the people they are answering for — and the event facts hosts published. Another family’s RSVP, dietary note, or contact details stay out of view.

RSVP, meal preferences, and accessibility notes are collected so hosts can plan. Clearing a dietary field is a deliberate choice; the product does not invent a restriction a guest did not share.

Questions without waking the hosts

Guest Sienna can answer from that guest’s authorized context: schedule, travel, dress notes, and their own RSVP state. She does not receive the owner guest list or vendor contracts.

Hosts still own broadcasts and reminders. The portal is for the invited person. The command center stays with the couple or planning team.

What guests are never asked to do

Guests are not asked to pay for WeddingOS. They are not asked to create a host account. They are not shown another household’s answers so they can compare attendance.

Declines stay gracious. Plus-ones and children follow the invitation the hosts wrote. The portal states the invitation scope without judging who was included.

Questions
